Cancellation & Return
To cancel an order you have placed with AlTurathia or return an item, you must contact customer support by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (07472042824). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order or return an item, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs)
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the AlTurathia within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or refund the full purchase amount, at our sole discretion, any item that is deemed defective.
For Clothing Orders, the item must be in the original packing and condition, unworn with the original labelling tag.
You have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods. Please note that ‘inspect’ means examine, and does not permit you to use the goods.
Please note that no statutory cancellation rights apply to goods that have been made specifically to your requirements, design or measurements. Please note that you are under a legal duty to take care of the product, and this includes all packaging and labelling.
Care must be taken to ensure that the goods remain in the best possible condition. Please take particular care with goods which are easily damaged. If you need guidance on the best way to try any goods without damaging them, please contact our customer services team

Should you decide to return the goods you must notify us of cancellation in writing by email
All goods will be examined on their return to us and the cancellation of an order is not accepted by us until we have examined the goods and informed you of our acceptance in writing by post or email. Following
you are under a legal duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of the goods.
You must return the goods to us securely packaged, in a good condition consistent with your statutory duty to take care of them, at your own cost, by recorded delivery or by any other appropriate method so as to reasonably ensure that we receive them, as soon as possible after sending us your cancellation.
Damaged goods – On receipt, if it is immediately apparent that the package is damaged, please do not sign for it as being in good condition, but
on the delivery slip that it has arrived damaged. If you should receive an item that is not in perfect condition or was damaged prior to delivery, please email us immediately.
